A Bike Ride In The Raining Twilight

Breathing lungfuls of fresh air,

I set foot on the scrawny petal

As I ride, wind blows through my hair

And dances to the clinking metal

As I pass, buildings zoom by my eyes

And glisten in the eternal twilight

And on the road, rainwater lies

And gets churned by the gleaming moonlight

Vehicles roar up and down the road

Studded with the city lights that twinkle like stars

The night is invited and descends with a load

Of sparkling starlight that stretches far
